This is a challenge I definitely struggle with more than the others. I am trying to remind myself to open up the curtains and let in natural light rather than the light switch, and turning my computer all the way off when I am finished using it. I feel confident in my progress so far with this though!

My challenges are going great! I have been very aware and it is allowing me to be more sustainable.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

The first step to continue with this challenge would be to have a reusable water bottle with me. If I am in class, in the dorms, or somewhere else, I should be able to find a water source to fill it up. I also need to avoid purchasing any single use bottles in the future.
