Robert Ventura 4/04/2019 11:01 AMDuring my time traveling through the country with green living activists, I learned a lot about what it means for each individual to do their part and what kind of impact it can have to start doing the little things to make a difference. It's really refreshing to see a company so dedicated to reducing, recycling, and reusing like SOLE! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhat do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than in other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?
Robert Ventura 4/04/2019 10:58 AMI believe that the consumer culture that was instilled into the American economy following WW2 coupled with the status quo that was developed through rationing for people to have meat with every meal as a sign of wealth has contributed largely to that fact.
