    Water
Five minute showers are an impressive step toward reducing your water footprint. What is the next step you can take?

A good way to reduce water footprints is by turning off the sink when you are brushing your teeth or turning off the water when you are not rinsing a dish while doing the dishes.

What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

When I don't have a bag with me I usually just use my hands or put it in a cart and walk it to my car. If I HAVE to have a bag but don't have one, I try to find paper bags instead. I always keep my reuseable with me because it is very compact and easy to fit in my bag.

I've been very conscious of bringing my reusable bag everywhere I go and it has been going really well. It's heartbreaking to see all the plastic bags on the side of the road so I am happy I can do my help to reduce that.
