      One of my goals was to not wait for the water to heat up when I'm doing dishes, or taking a shower. I happen to do that a lot. Another one of mine was to use cold water when I'm doing my laundry.

    Food Whole Foods Diet
    Michael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?

    I have been trying to eat less processed foods lately because I wanted a healthier life style. I did not realize it help the planet or make a difference.  I will try to do this more I think It's good for everyone to try a more healthy Lifestyle. Now I'm not saying you have to be obsessed with eating like this all the time but, Instead of a candy bar you could eat some type of veggie once and awhile.
