  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

I carry the things in a Cart. Most of the times I carry two reusable bags in my car and one small bag if I go alone for a purchase.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Transportation
The US spends roughly 20% of its federal budget on defense. In contrast, 2% goes to education, 20% goes to social security and 3% goes to transportation infrastructure. Do these numbers surprise you at all? Why or why not?

Yes. It's an surprise and most of the countries follow higher for defense and less goes in education. Safety is a concern in this modern world.

    Transportation
Half of all trips made in the US are three miles or less; 72% of them are driven. Do you feel that this fact applies to you? If so, how might you incorporate more muscle-powered transportation in your daily life?

I use my office cab transport in all 5 working days from Monday to Friday. The pick up place is located 1 Mile away from my home. I walk this distance daily to and fro which is kind of exercise for me.
