Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

The main barrier in changing my current habit the conveniency of the plastic water bottle. I typically find myself stopping at my dorm in between classes to grab a new one although I could easily take twenty seconds to fill up a reusable water bottle. The best way to set myself up to permanently change my habit is to make sure me and the people I live with stop purchasing plastic water bottles. It would also be easier if I can ditch my old routine and replace it with refilling the reusable bottle.
