Today's the last day of the ecoChallenge, but I'll keep it up!

My wife and I planted 6 ornamental trees yesterday.  Flowering plum, beautiful pink blossoms in the Spring, home to birds, and good for the environment.

Spring gives us so many pleasures as the world stars anew.

I love Spring here in the PNW. More colors to appreciate and live with.

Here's how I reuse wood for my grilling.  Wouldn't want anything to go to waste.  Yard clean-up turned to cooking fuel.  Last years briquets of alder, wild cherry, maple & willow with cedar kindling on the top layer of images.  Easter Lamb on the bottom layer of images.  SORRY, I love being a carnivore if the food is properly prepared.

While out of town last week I continued to follow the challenge. I was able to get all that were traveling with us to look at what they do and how to make changes.
